ExxonMobil Shows Commitment To Hot Melt Adhesives

ExxonMobil Chemical France is expanding capacity of Escorez 5000 tackifier plant in Notre-Dame-de-Gravenchon by 50%. The multimillion investment is expected to be complete during the first quarter of 2007 when it will allow ExxonMobil to serve global demand in the global hot melt adhesive market. Hydrogenated tackifiers are essential in the manufacturing of hot    melt adhesives for nonwoven items such as diapers, training pants and feminine hygiene and adult incontinence products as well as in packaging applications requiring the ultimate in stability, low color and low odor.
