Liquid Extrusion Porosimeter

November 30, -0001

Ithaca, NY-based Porous Materials, Inc., has introduced its Liquid Extrusion Porosimeter. It is reportedly the only instrument able to determine pore volume without using mercury or any other toxic material and measure liquid permeability. Low pressures used in the technique do not distort the pore structure. The fully automated instrument contains a number of technological innovations, state-of-the-art components and sophisticated windows-based software so testing time is short and operator involvement is minimal. It is available for sale, rental or long-term lease. Telephone: 800-825-5764; Fax: 607-257-5639; E-mail: info@pmiapp.com; Web: www.pmiapp.com
