The Fameccanica Laser Cutting Technology will help the disposable sanitary products manufacturers run their operations more efficiently, optimizing capital expenses and getting rid of downtime once and forever. No more massive amounts of unit-ops, cutting dies and spares being handled to-and-fro the warehouse shelves. Product shape and size changes can be obtained instantly simply by pressing a button on a touch panel. Product innovations and updates have never been so quick and easy: the most complex and fanciful product shapes just have to be drawn, and Fameccanica Laser Cutting Technology will cut them out, very neatly and precisely. Fameccanica new Laser Cutting Technology is a step forward towards a touchless machine.
Fameccanica widens the pull-up pants machinery offer.
Model FA-X Superflex TP is a new Fameccanica machine, especially designed for the alternative manufacturing of pant type diapers, with pre-made stretch side panels applied on the rectangular chassis and standard baby diapers with front and back ears (sandwich type), at a speed of 400 pieces per minute.
Model FIX Pull-Up is the Fameccanica adult pants converting machine. It features innovative solutions in order to manufacture complex products with a reliable and user-friendly process. It allows for a cost-effective manufacturing through reduced downtime and raw material usage optimization, thanks to a neat design for easy&fast size changes and accurate webs and elastics handling systems.
These new converting machines are added to the well-known Fameccanica training pant machine platform including model FA-X Superstar TP and model FA-X Superstar TXP. All models have modular design and can be configured to manufacture different product structures with all the product features requested by the market.
The PAKSIS® Alliance keeps growing.
The PAKSIS® Alliance makes progresses with the mutual satisfaction of both partners and all their customers. New developments are widening the machine line-up: last year, right here at the Expo in Print, we anticipated we were working on a new PAKSIS® machine model. Well, this new machine is now currently available: the new PAKSIS® A-6 for the counting, stacking and packing of adult incontinence briefs, pull-ups and pads, operating at a production speed of 650 ppm and 55 bpm, with the quality and the reliability that only market leaders can give. Following the success of PAKSIS® D-7 for baby diapers, here we are with a new remarkable achievement of the PAKSIS® Alliance. … and more is coming!
