TruCotton, from Wildwood Technologies, is a non-bleached, non-scoured 100% cotton fiber that has been purified by cleaning rather than traditional chemical textile finishing processes. It is made with a breakthough approach to purifying cotton fibers without the use of water, chemicals or process heat. This dry process delivers unprecedented purity levels and the simplicity of the process significantly reduces the environmental impact as well as product costs.
 
This removes more than 99.99% of the trash from fibers while opening the fiber for easy processability. Since the fiber is not chemically altered in any way, the natural waxes and oils remain on the fiber and create an efficacious fiber finsh. It will process as well as any other staple fiber in the nonwovens industry.
