At WOW, Elsner is promoting its fully-automatic solutions for high-speed converting of rolled wipes that are helping customers keep up with increased demand for wipes. Its converting machinery provides faster speed, higher finished roll capacity, better efficiencies and ease of use.

Elsner also recently launched its Elsner Tech Center to provide product R&D, substrate testing and technical training as well as fill manufacturing gaps for both established and new-to-the-market or outside of the U.S. converters with overflow or new/pilot products converting needs.

- ENR-1000: Nonwovens Rewinder for Wipes Production. The ENR-1000 produces up to 400 feet per minute (122 meters/min); Web widths from 12” to 42” (305 mm to 1060 mm); Floor pick-up of master rolls up to 60” diameter (1524 mm); Automatic Tension Control; Servo Control of sheet length; Servo Control of winding torque; Finished roll sizes to 10” (254 mm); and Quick-Change Perforation setup.
- ENR-G3: Next Generation Fully Automatic Perforator Rewinder. The ENR-G3 produces 700 feet per minute (213 m/min); Up to 22 cycles per minute; Sheet length from 4” to 12” (102-305 mm); Right hand or left hand discharge; 12 “ finished roll diameter (305 mm); Enhanced Tail Orientation; and Optional Ultrasonic Tail Tie.
