Full Schedule Set for Day One of WOW

Topics to include market growth, regulatory trends, infection control and more

Representatives from show organizer INDA will kick off the conference session at the World of Wipes (WOW) on Tuesday, June 25 in Atlanta, GA. Brad Kalil will present, "The North American Nonwoven Wipes Market, Where is it Heading," which will include facts and figures on all of the key segments for wipes in North America. He wil be followed by Jessica Franken, director of government affairs at INDA. Franken will speak on regulatory issues facing the nonwovens and wipes market with a focus on trade and tariff activity.

These two presentations are part of the Consumer Trade and Trends session of WOW, which will also include speeches from Richard Palmer of Nehemiah Manufacturing who will discuss, "How to Navigate the Amazon Jungle," and Jan O'Regan, director, Nonwovens Marketing at Cotton Incorporated who will present the findings of a Cotton Incorporated-study on the global baby care market.

Tuesday's afternoon sessions will provide attendees with a look at Sustainable & Transparent Formulations for Home & Personal Care Products featuring presentations from Nicole Acevedo, found and CEO of Elavo Mundi Solutions, and Jim Flannery, CEO of SummitVentures, who will discuss the creation of the SmartLabel app, which provides detailed ingredient information on tens of thousands of products. Later that day, Infection Protection, whicll feature a presentation on Industrial Wipes from Berry Global's Paul Harmon; Data Driven Infection Protection, from Diversey's Rick Morgan and Keth St. John, vice president of clinical affairs for PDI Healthcare who will discuss the role of Cleaning and Disinfection of the Environment in Reducing Healthcare Associated Infections.

The final presentation Tuesday will provide a detailed look at the three WOW Innovation Award finalists—Kelheim Fibres GmbH’s Danufil QR Fibres, BAWDY. Beauty’s Bawdy Butt Masks and Earthly’s Not Yet Wet Wipes
