Tenowo's Multiknit technology is a sustainble substitution for foam in seat appllciations. Made from a unique nonwoven process, the material features a high percentage of recycled fibers and eliminates concerns regarding VOCS. Testing has shown Multiknit to be a superior performer with full rebound to its original characteristics and no delamination of cloth, vinyl or leather. The material also offers improved finishing without breaks, kinks or wrinkles.

Additionally, at Techtextil Tenowo presented its Zegaloft+, monopolymeric, voluminous and recyclable nonwoven with new properties for almost unlimited applciations in industrial segments. The material's vertical fiber orientation and possible thermal and mechanical post treatments can achieve interesting additional functions of the final product. It can be used as a foam alternative in furniture, automotives and mattresses, as an acoustic or insulation material and in medical applications.
