The 19^th annual Techtextil Symposum will be held May 9-12 concurrently with the two leading international trade fairs—Techtextil and Texprocess—where renowned experts will present the latest research results, as well as new products and applications. The focus of the symposium will be on new developments, trens and potential areas of application for technical textiles and nonwovens whereby emphasis will be given to both rocessing and new products. Themes and formats for 2017 will include: new fibers and textiles, fiber industry gear to sustainability, industry 4.0, circular economy and sustainability, health and protection, smart textiles and composites.

The symposium presentations will be given from 9:30 a.m.-5:15 p.m. May 9-11 and 9:30 a.m.-12:45 p.m. May 12.
