Yesterday, Kimberly-Clark launched a new commercialization project: “Solution Squad” (www.kcpsolutionsquad.com), a specialized team of experts who work hand-in-hand with its customers to help them create superior filters and gain a competitive edge. When customers activate the Solution Squad, a Kimberly-Clark Advocate responds within 24 hours to arrange a no-obligation phone consultation to learn more about the customer’s filter design, performance specifications and manufacturing process.

K-C's team of professionals identifies a customer's business needs and crafts the materials to enable them to bring winning nonwoven products to market. The Solution Squad is committed to delivering superior nonwovens for projects through quality, ingenuity and research, and order and inventory integrity, the company says.
