Bondex continues to expand the Hydrolox product portfolio through collaboration with end users and various filter manufacturers. New for this year the company will be exhibiting blends with PTFE as part of an expansion of our Hydrolox HCE line, as well as pleatable Hydrolox, and stainless steel blends for antistatic applications.  We have added ePTFE lamination capacity, to include higher temperature materials such as woven fiberglass and aramid lamination.  Additionally, chemical treatment capabilities have been installed and commercialized to meet changing needs in the filtration industry. 
 

The phenomena of entangling fibers with high pressure water jets creates a unique balance of lower pore size in a strong media. Hydrolox represents a new paradigm in filtration by delivering a product with dramatically improved filtration efficiency, an inherent ability to promote surface dust collection, lower pressure drop over time, and reduction in pulse cycle times. 

Additionally, Hydrolox HCE is available as a family of filtration media using splittable fibers which deliver even higher collection efficiency performance, comparable to membrane laminated needlefelt. Hydrolox and Hydrolox HCEare available in PPS, PET, Aramid, PTFE, Polyimide, Acrylic and others, in weights up to 26 oz/yd2­ which enables this technology to be used in both dry and liquid filtration applications.  Please stop by the Bondex booth #514 to discuss your needs.
