Substrate offerings serve many applications.

At Filtration 2016, Hollingsworth & Vose (Booth 102) will be profiling fuel, gas turbine, and hydraulic media as well as NanoWave for HVAC air filtration.
H&V offers a complete line of diesel fuel filter media and fuel water separation media that provide reliable protection from particulates and water to help extend engine and injector life. The portfolio addresses demanding market needs such as challenging fuel quality, biofuel compatibility, and Urea. H&V fuel media is designed to meet the latest emissions standards including EPA GHG, Euro VII, China VI, Bharat VI.

Gas turbine filtration and dust collection systems operate in the most challenging environments imaginable. H&V’s broad range of pulse-cleaned and static high-performance filter media offer corrugation capabilities (> 20 mils) resulting in superior dust-holding capacity for lower-cost, higher-service interval filter designs.

For industrial hydraulic filtration, H&V media is designed to achieve ultimate protection and equipment uptime in any harsh environments and to deliver high levels of fluid cleanliness that lead to predictable filter life spans. H&V’s newest hydraulic media reduces fluid flow restriction by up to 30% and saves energy while maintaining efficiency and capacity.

NanoWave is an extended surface area, multilayer filtration media for HVAC applications. The unique structure combines fine and coarse fiber layers to allow for very low resistance and maximum mechanical efficiency even after discharge. The increased dust-holding capacity results in long filter life and offers immediate energy savings.
