A disposable article comprising at least two adjacent bonded regions: the first bonded region, comprising: a first and second substrate; and an elastic hot melt adhesive composition between the first and second substrates thereby bonding the first and second substrates to each other; the elastic hot melt adhesive composition having a viscosity of less than about 15,000 cps at 350° F. and a set after 50% hysteresis of no greater than about 20%; the second bonded region comprising: a first substrate and second substrate; and a hot melt adhesive composition between the first substrate and second substrates thereby bonding the first substrate and second substrates to each other, the second bonded region having properties different from the first bonded region, the first and second substrate being selected from a group consisting of a nonwoven and a polymer film, and wherein the first and second bonded regions are free of non-adhesive elastic materials. n
