Hollingsworth & Vose, a global manufacturer of advanced materials for filtration, battery separator and industrial applications, has successfully started up its new NanoWave air filter media production line in Hatzfeld, Germany.
The new production capacity supports the European market demand for innovative, value added, high performance filter media. NanoWave air filter media offers a lower pressure drop and in turn lower energy consumption compared to traditional synthetic or glass mat filter media making it the media of choice for many filtration applications. The new line expands the company's existing NanoWave production line in Floyd, VA.
“We are excited about the growth opportunities this new investment brings to H&V and our improved positioning in the European market. This asset will allow us to provide excellent service levels and response times for our European customers,” states Jochem Hofstetter, vice president & managing director Europe.
