BTSR International S.p.A., a company supplying advanced technologies in spandex fiber tension control, has recently developed PC-Link Web Diaper, a web-based software solution providing accurate production data monitoring and collection capability.
PC-Link Web Diaper is a unique Industry 4.0 remote programming monitoring and evaluation tool. All traced data can be stored either on a local or on company database and then utilized for internal strategic and operational evaluations in production management.
PC-Link Web Diaper will be displayed together with the latest Trio-Loop tension and metering control system, which represent the BTSR top accurate fiber feeding tension control achievement in the last fiber machine insertion point.
BTSR will introduce MatrixCube3, its latest Slim Generation Creel System, featuring smaller footprint better suited for adult care applications with increasing ends of elastics, aimed at satisfying a specific need coming from hygiene operators, at IDEA.
An additional tool displayed on Matrixcube Creel Product Line is the brand new Matrix Touch touch-screen terminal display for easy programming and real time monitoring of production process status also in graphical form.
