Fibertex Personal Care’s range includes FibertexComfort, a low basis weight, high performance spunbond and spunmelt material and FibertexElite, featuring superior softness and/or high barrier. Also on display at the Denmark-based nonwovens producer is FibertexLoft, which is said to add a third dimension to the nonwoven substrate resulting in greater volume and a loftier structure for a cottony touch and an unprecedented level of softness. FibertexDual, also on display, provides supreme silky softness and enhanced drapability using bicomponent spunbond technology with an optimal polyethylene/polypropylene ratio.
These four product categories are designed to meet the different needs of the hygiene market but they all can be used in applications where low basis weights, high performance and softness are essential such as barrier leg cuffs, backsheets, topsheets, core nonwovens, laminates and nonwovens for closure systems.
Innowo Print, with facilities in Germany and Malaysia, is able to directly print on nonwoven materials to improve aesthetics and appearances of the product without compromising easy converting into the final products. Innowo offers designs in one to eight colors on nonwovens ranging from 8-100 gsm and in widths up to 1.7 meters.
