Job Description:
Works with Senior Business Development Manager to identify business, market and segment opportunities. Manages a portfolio of accounts and/or market segments to achieve revenue and profit targets. Manages customer programs for the assigned territory based on established guidelines. Supports the Gelok business team with data analytics, market and product research. Assists with annual planning process.
Identifies new customer or product opportunities to achieves sales targets for established territory.
Regularly provides a market opportunity assess review including size, product requirement and timing, contacts etc.
Develops and nurtures existing account relationship in assigned territory to achieve sales targets
Work closely with existing customers and prospects on the development of new products, from concept through to production trials and launch.
Maintains an up-to-date understanding of major customer industry trends and competitive products.
Thoroughly documents and tracks all projects from inception to completion
Works closely with R&D to co-ordinate product development for customers.
Maintains accurate and complete account profile information in CRM
Desired Skills and Expertise:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Sciences, Economics, Math or Engineering.
1 to 3 years of selling experience in a B2B technical environment.
Proven success at account management.
Knowledge of nonwovens/tissues/films/adhesives and related processes a plus.
Proven excellent working relationship with customers and colleagues.
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Self-driven with ability to multi-task
