“Visitors can access the website via products or applications, the navigation and content has been improved, and videos have been integrated where possible to bring our SAF technology alive.
“The addition of a Live Chat facility allows us to start engaging with visitors earlier. They can simply click on the Live Chat button, send us a message, and we can respond online in real time during office hours.
“Ultimately the website will be multilingual as we aim for visitors to be able to interact with the website in the language they select. As a global supplier, this is extremely important.”
