Bemax Inc. officers will call a special meeting immediately to review this offer, and the company willl consider the merits of the offer to determine if the offer satisfies the greatest long-term shareholder value.
BBG Hygiene Products Ltd. was set up in the year 2001 and has emerged as a leading diaper manufacturer in China. The company has an estimated annual revenue of over $7 million and is among one of the best diaper brands in thecountry. BBG has the world’s advanced production machines, which enables it too guarantee the quick delivery on client’s orders while control the product’s quality.
Bemax distributes private label disposable baby diapers to local distributors in London, South, East and West Africa and other emerging markets. The company sources diapers from manufacturers in Asia and distributes them to other growing markets. In July, the company began selling its Mothers Touch diapers on Walmart.com and expanded their reach to amazon.com in Canada.
