Chicopee, Inc., a division of Polymer Group, Inc., has introduced its Chix Pro-Series line of disposable towels that are engineered to effectively work with common cleaning sanitizers and disinfectants. The company designed the new towels with patented chemistry that maintains the strength of the cleaning solutions after regular wiping and rinsing, so they effectively kill germs in any cleaning application.
Available in a variety of colors and fabric weights, the offerings include Pro-Chlor towels, which maintain the strength of liquid or granulated chlorine, and Pro-Quat towels with Quat-Safe technology that does not deplete quaternary sanitizers.
“We have found that the towels themselves are the biggest cause of sanitizer depletion,” said Scott Tracey, vice president, Chicopee. “We developed the new Pro-Series towels to effectively work with the most commonly used sanitizers and disinfectants so that these solutions can effectively do their jobs at their full strength, assuring health and safety standards are met in many environments.”
