PRODUCTION RANGE
The production cycle is entirely performed inside, from design to construction. The production ranges from the beginning to the end of the line, including fiber opening and blending; batt forming with airlays and air-cards; drum and tunnel ovens; calenders; impregnation machines; powder-coating machines; cutting units with rotating blades, guillotines, band-saws and flying cutters; end-of-line winders for felts, waddings, geotextile, roofing; palletizers for rolls and pads; packaging machines.

PATENTS
In 2011 Ramina obtained a patent on the AIRLAY-S machine for the formation of felt-batt.
Thanks to the innovative configuration of AIRLAY-S, felt is obtained through the aerodynamic formation of the fiber distributed in a way to give a high cross-resistance to the final product.
ACIMIT
Ramina is a member of ACIMIT Manufacturers Association of Italian Textile Machinery Manufacturers that has as main target the promotion of the Italian textile machinery abroad.
HEADQUARTER
The headquarter is located in Grantorto, a small town in the heart of North-Eastern Italy, between the cities of Padua and Vicenza.
The company is easily accessible from the major airports in the area, especially from Venice, which is about 70 km away. The company covers an area of approximately 18.000 m2 in which there are two major operating facilities; the first factory hosting the metal-mechanical production department and the second building, built in 2008, focusing on design, assembly and testing.
