A report in Monday's Wall Street Journal claims that Goldman Sachs is teaming up with buyout company TPG to acquire European private label diaper maker Ontex.
Current owner Candover Investments is reportedly looking to sell the Belgian company because of escalating costs. The deal could be completed this week.
