R.C.A. Bignami, a fully-integrated, customized manufacturing company, specializing in the production of first aid, surgical dressing machinery and cutting rotary dies, is introducing its Speedex Ac Gal machinery product line at IDEA 2010.

R.C.A. Bignami utilizes a sophisticated, company-patented application of rotary cutting dies and blades in the manufacture of not only bandage and plaster machinery for the medical segment. This technology is also applied to machinery designed to produce baby diapers, sanitary napkins and pads for incontinent people, made in various sizes and absorbent materials.

The Speedex Ac Gal line has the capacity to produce plasters and other products using different types of materials. For adhesive support, PE, PVC, PU nonwoven, non-stretchable cloth or even pre-print substrates can be used; while absorbent pads use nonwoven, hydrocolloid, hydro gel or polyurethane. For protective silicon treated paper, release papers are applicable, namely, single-face silicone paper, or embossed film, while the wrapping paper, could be either hot or cold, used in the same machine.
