Earlier this week Cytec Industries, West Paterson, NJ,  announced a global price increase of up to 20% for its Aerosol Surfactants products. This adjustment is being implemented due to sustained pricing pressures on the global supply chain including raw material and freight costs.  
 
Cytec is a producer of sulphosuccinate surfactants, which are used in emulsion polymers, paints, inks, adhesives and various other markets. Its products serve a diverse range of end markets including aerospace, adhesives, automotive and industrial coatings, chemical intermediates, inks, mining and plastics.
