American Israeli Paper Mills Ltd.'s Turkish subsidiary had struck and agreement to have its goods sold by consumer goods giant Unilever in Turkey. Unilever has a large sales and distribution network in Turkey, and its agreement with Kimberly Clark Turkey (KCTR) is intended to help the company increase its market coverage and scope of sales. AIP said it could not at this stage estimate how the agreement would influence KCTR's profits.
KCTR is 49.9% owned by AIP and 50.1% owned by American partner Kimberly-Clark.
