Wallisellen, Switzerland-based Schaetti has sold its coating and laminating machines business to the M + S Group, Brugg, Switzerland. The purchase took effect retrospectively from January 1, 2006. M + S has been building Schaetti lines for more than one year, and Schaetti executives believe that M + S will continue its current level of experienced mechanical engineering.
