Kimberly-Clark announced the retirement next year of Dudley Lehman, group president of its Business-to-Business (B2B) Group, which contains its external nonwovens business as well as the K-C Professional, Health Care and Partnership Products businesses. Prior to his current position, Mr. Lehman served as Group President - Infant and Child Care for North America.

Joanne Bauer, president, Health Care, and Jan Spencer, president, K-C Professional, both of whom reported to Mr. Lehman, will now report directly to Tom Falk, Kimberly-Clark's chairman and chief executive officer. Until his retirement, Mr. Lehman will continue to oversee the Nonwovens and Partnership Products businesses.
