Austrian manufacturing equipment maker Andritz is acquiring 60% of the paper business of German firm Eduard Kuesters Maschinenfabrik. Kuesters, a unit of Jagenberg AG, supplies calendaring rolls and other equipment to the paper, nonwoven and textile businesses.
