In response to inflationary pressure from higher raw material and energy costs, consumer goods giant Kimberly-Clark will raise prices on bathroom tissue, paper towels, napkins and flushable wipes on average 6%. The levy is expected to occur in February with an increase for facial tissue expected in April. K-C’s consumer tissue sales exceeded $2.5 billion in the U.S. alone last year.
