FiberMark has filed a notice advising the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Vermont that it has filed a notice advising the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Vermont that disagreements among bondholder members of the company's creditors committee as to a number of corporate governance issues could result in a rejection of the plan by the company's bondholders. Although the creditors committee has agreed to support the plan of reorganization filed on December 17, its bondholder members have been unable to reach a consensus regarding certain implementation documents, primarily related to corporate governance.
