Air-through oven with 2 drums stacked vertically, dia 2000 mm, circulation fan for each cylinder (45 kW each). Inlet with dancing roller system. Included is also the heat exchanging system with burner and pipes fired with Metan gas.
Drying capacity of oven is about 700Kg/h of water as used today, but depending on how the unit should be working, different options are possible like adding one more heat exchanger, or use one cylinder as predryer and the 2nd as dryer, etc, etc, to increase drying capacity to more than 1000 kg/hr.
Installed effect 85 kW + 750 000 kcal/hr (about 90 mc/h CH4)
Exit with calander for keeping full tension of material, dia of cylinder 250 mm.

M/c does not have the operating panel as well as one oil heat coupling is missing.

originally supplied by Krefeld and fully upgraded and modified by Küsters in 1995. Only frame and cooling roll are original Krefeld. Maximum speed run: 200 m/min, temperature up to 170 degrees Celsius. Two cylinders, 1 x S-170 and 1 x engraved. Engraving pattern is Diamond 20%.
Calender cylinder is directly heated with central hot oil system – so no burner is included in the package. Bottom roll is heated by oil with internal circuit. Oil in internal circuit is heated by heat exchanger (included in the package).
Cooling cylinder – cooled directly with central cooling water.
Relay control system by Satmatic (Finland). There is no PLC. Speed set point is coming from the machine before the calender. Heating is controlled by unit controllers from Honeywell.
All motors are AC motors. Roller motor drives are frequency converters.
Thermia B oil in the E-roll and Molsyn 1000-M oil in the S-roll.
