Teknoweb Converting wowed INDEX attendees with a live generation of its Exige 4 wet wipes line, which is capable of making 3200 wipes per minute on a four lane production process, at the show. Calling Exige one of the most versatile and fastest machines for production and crossfolded wet wipes, Teknoweb executives pointed to is ability to make wipes with a low scrap rate at high efficiencies, its complete automation from unwinding to stack alignment, its adjustable wetting lotion bars and its vacuumless process, which allows it to run thin materials.
 
Also at Teknoweb was a demonstration of the Optional LidR services, an efficient lid applicator that not only offers flexibility, but can also offer connectors for quick changeover. Also efficient, the machine was applying 100 lids per minute at INDEX but executives say speeds can go as high as 200 packs per minute.
