Harper Hygienics has started regular supply of wipes manufactured using Arvel Technology from Teknoweb.
"Analyzing the positive feedback from consumer tests, as well as the very positive reactions of our current and potential customers to Arvell, I am confident that the globally unique technology of manufacturing nonwoven substrates developed in collaboration with Teknoweb, will bring a new and unique proposition to the market," says Robert Neymann, president of Harper Hygienics.
Arvel is a nonwovens technology offered by wipes machinery expert Teknoweb. The company acquired the critial know-how for Arvel through the acquisition of an Italian nonwovens producer as well as its own research and development resources. According to Teknoweb, the company wanted to offer its customers more substrate choices that could add value or increase productivity. Arvell's advantages are listed as cost effective, sustainable, three-dimensional structure and flexibility.
Harper Hygienics, is a Polish manufacturer of wet wipes, that has been in business since 1990. Markets include makeup removal pads and wipes, hygiene wipes, baby and kids wipes and household cleaning wipes.
"I believe that the quantum leap which we have made with this project, in conjunction with the clear benefits on the cost side, will contribute to a rapid increase in the scale of Harper’s operations and soon will be clearly and positively reflected in the financial results of the company," Neymann adds.
