Velox, a European marketer and distributor of raw material specialties for the plastics, composites and coatings industries, has enhanced its partnership with Avintiv (formerly PGI).
With this extended agreement Velox will supply Avintiv’s range of NSN, NLC, VL and Reemay surface veils in France, Benelux, Poland as well as starting the distribution of Matline synthetic core materials in German speaking countries, the U.K. and Turkey.
Serge Gradys, Velox’s business manager for composites, says, “We are very proud of the confidence granted by Avintiv. We are glad to take care of Avintiv’s customers for composites applications and we can offer them a great service in terms of product availability and minimum order quantities thanks to our European local presence.”
Velox already has a well-established portfolio including, among other products, resins, additives and reinforcing materials and is glad to add Avintiv specialties. Avintiv’s portfolio also includes a wide range of synthetic nonwovens to enhance surface performance including improved cosmetics, UV and abrasion resistance and protection against the effects of weathering.
