Bostik, a global adhesive specialist for industrial manufacturing, construction and consumer markets, has received a Boeing Performance Excellence Award for the third year in a row.
Boeing issues the award annually to recognize suppliers who have achieved superior performance. Bostik maintained a Silver composite performance rating for each month of the 12-month performance period, from October 1, 2013, to September 30, 2014.
“We’re extremely honored that Boeing has again recognized Bostik with a Performance Excellence Award for 2014. We value our relationship with Boeing, and this will encourage us to further improve to maintain this high standard,” comments Bob Marquette, senior vice president – Americas, Bostik.
Bostik has supported Boeing’s commercial airplane programs for over 30 years, providing adhesives and bonding solutions for applications including interior aircraft panels. Applying its adhesive formulation and fire resistance expertise, it offers solutions for a range of aerospace applications including interior panels, decorative laminates, attachment adhesives and insulation laminations.
