In Wayne County, GA, Domtar Personal Care, a division of Domtar Corporation, is expaning its existing facility, creating 25 jobs with a multi-million dollar capital investment into its EAM facility.
The Domtar facility manufactures composite products for personal care use. The expansion will increase the current EAM facility by 25%. Work on the expansion has already begun and construction is set to begin later this year.

Domtar produces 4.2 million metric tons of hardwood, softwood and fluff pulp at 12 of their 13 mills. The majority of pulp produced is consumed internally to manufacture paper and consumer products, with the balance being sold as market pulp. The personal care business sells and manufactures a wide variety of adult incontinence and baby diaper products. Products in this segment are sold under the Attends, Fitti, Fisher-Price, SleepWell and other brand names.
