Teijin elects Jun Suzuki as new CEO

Teijin Limited announced that its board of directors has elected Jun Suzuki, currently executive officer, member of the board, as its next president and CEO. Suzuki will assume his new role on April 1. Shigeo Ohyagi, the current president and CEO of the company, will assume the post of chairman, member of the board, on the same day. Suzuki has concurrently served as general manager of Teijin's advanced fibers and composites business group, general manager of Teijin's carbon fibers and composites business unit, and president of Toho Tenax Co., Ltd.
