Jean-Marie Becker has left Suominen

February 4, 2014

As a consequence of the structural and management changes announced by Suominen Corporation September 30, 2013 and effective as of January 1, 2014, Jean-Marie Becker, former executive vice president, nonwovens, has left Suominen in January 2014 to pursue new challenges outside the company.

“I want to warmly thank Jean-Marie for his remarkable contribution for Suominen. His experience of nonwovens is decades-long and in many ways unique in kind, and his role was crucial in the successful integration of the businesses acquired from Ahlstrom in 2011. I find it very unfortunate that we could not find a solution for the continuation of his career within Suominen," says Nina Kopola, president and CEO of Suominen Corporation.
