Grieve rolls out 650°F electric drawer oven

Grieve Corporation has introduced 650°F electric drawer oven, currently in use for preheating spin packs at a customer’s facility. Workspace dimensions inside this unit measure 54 inches wide by 50 inches deep and 66 inches high and are accessed by placing the workloads on two tiers of four oven drawers, each 20 inches by 24 inches and rated at 400 pounds per drawer.

80kW power is installed in Incoloy sheathed tubular heating elements. No. 809 features six inch insulated walls and aluminized steel interior/exterior construction. A 6000 CFM, 5 HP recirculating blower provides horizontal airflow across each side of the workspace.

A digital, microprocessor-based, thermocouple-actuated indicating temperature controller and fused disconnect switch are also included in this unit, which was entirely designed, engineered, built and fully tested by Grieve.
