Nordson Corporation has appointed Ken Forden to the position of vice president and general manager of its Nordson EFD division, a leading manufacturer of precision dispensing equipment and packaging solutions for the adhesives, lubricants and other fluids used in a wide range of industrial assembly processes.
Forden has more than 25 years of leadership experience gained at different business units within General Electric Company and Johns Manville, a Berkshire Hathaway Company.
His comprehensive background includes roles as president, director of sales and marketing, commercial director and business development manager and various business leader positions encompassing multiple industries.
“Ken’s broad experience and proven ability to deliver results in multiple end markets will allow him to build on Nordson EFD’s long record of success,” says Jeff Pembroke, group vice president, Fluid Management. “He is a strong leader with a passion for growth and serving the needs of customers worldwide.”
Forden holds a masters of business administration from Vanderbilt University and a bachelor of science degree from Michigan Technological University.
