Disposables Consultancy Service, Dublin, Ireland, has developed and launched a new absorbent core integrity testing device.
This electro-mechanical device lifts and drops the cores from varying heights in order to build up an accurate and repeatable strength profile; particularly important in evaluating modern lighter cores.
The device is called the Hardy Integrity Tester and is already in use at some major diaper manufacturing plants and material supplier labs in Asia, Europe and the U.S. For more information: www.disposablesman.com
