Ahlstrom Nonwovens has named John Boullie supply planning manager for its Windsor Locks, CT site. In this role, Boullie will be responsible for streamlining and increasing overall efficiency for all supply planning and procurement operations for the company’s Windsor Locks production facility.
“John’s extensive knowledge of the LEAN manufacturing process across a diversity of industries, as well as his strong history of positively impacting the bottom line, will be an excellent addition and asset to our company,” says Pat Fay, plant manager, Windsor Locks.
Specifically, Boullie will manage the performance of the supply chain for the entire Windsor Locks location, reporting directly to Patrick Fay, the plant manager. As such, his daily duties will include ensuring and leading margin growth, reducing costs, and improving both quality and on-time delivery. He will also be involved in planning production volumes, ensuring that materials are available on time to the customer.
