Wira Instrumentation presents the new Wira Cotton Fibre Fineness and Maturity meter, its latest range of laboratory instruments for the testing of fibers, fabrics and carpets.

The touch-screen interface simplifies operation.

A new operating system with touch-screen user interface simplifies the operation of the instrument, and includes additional data capabilities as well as visual operational aids.

The New Wira Fibre Fineness Meter also incorporates a new design and features to provide ergonomic and operational enhancements. The larger display panel enables more information to be displayed, reducing the number of key presses by the operator. The Wira Hexapod Tumbler has been redesigned to optimize laboratory bench space. The operator is able to stop/start the test, reset the counters and see progress of the test from the new touch-screen interface, the PLC controlling the full operation of the machine.
