Among the latest technological breakthroughs adopted on GDM lines are Zero Waste (ESPert) and High Speed Accelerator at 1000 ppm for Elastic Side Panel application or the Rotary Folding-Welding Wheel RFW² for training pant construction.
Furthermore GDM has completed a new line with the new Matrix BTP for training pant products. Matrix BTP allows users to produce traditional open diapers or training pants on the same single line (no more dedicated investments); cut costs of finished products by saving on raw materials and obtain the highest level of productivity ever (up to 750 ppm for open diapers and up to 600 ppm for training pants).
