The system delivers real-time graphs, charts and reports, providing instant production intelligence and key performance indicators for operators, engineers and management from virtually anywhere in the world through a secure web.
Also, at INDEX AccuSentry will introduce SentryScan technology, which enables the inspection of products moving at high speeds through a narrow viewing window, a few mm wide, on a production line with tight space requirements and it allows a very detailed inspection of the product at a more than 16 mega pixel resolution per product inspection as well as the Sentry 9000 7.0 software for its flagship Sentry9000 systems. It delivers dozens of enhancements such as Contour Detection, Object Matching, Advanced Image Filtering, Defect Mapping, Variety of Graphs and Charts and a OPC Communication Package. It is an ideal integrated inspection development environment for delivering customized, differentiated and targeted solutions.
Finally, AccuSentry is introducing SubtleLayer Detection technology to enable the inspection of embedded components inside web layers by achieving a breakthrough that allows precise tracking of the embedded component placements that are barely visible with human eyes.
