An adhesive tape with at least a three-layer product structure was recently patented. The tape has the following layers A, B and C with the layer sequence ABC. Layer A is a heat activatable adhesive with a characteristic activation temperature TA of at least +30° C. Layer B is a crosslinked polyurethane carrier material and layer C is a pressure sensitive adhesive based on polyacrylates, polymethacrylates or both, with a static glass transition temperature TG,C of not more than +15° C.
