Absorbent Article Such as a Sanitary Napkin, an Incontinence Guard, a Panty-liner or the like

February 28, 2004

An absorbent article with an elongated shape and longitudinal and transverse directions was patented. The absorbent article has two side edges, a front edge and a rear edge. The front edge makes a front portion while the rear edge forms a rear portion. A crotch portion is situated between the front and rear portions. The article also features a liquid-pervious cover layer and a liquid-impervious cover layer. The front portion and the crotch portion of the absorbent article offer high shape permanence during the article’s use. The front portion of the absorbent article is positioned in a direction toward the liquid-pervious cover layer at a predetermined angle of 20-50°. The angle is permanent while being worn irrespective of a wearer’s leg movements.
