Liquid Acquisition Layer For Absorbent Articles

A liquid acquisition layer for an absorbent article has been patented. The layer contains a carrier layer with a first and a second surface. Individual fibers with two fiber ends are attached with one fiber end against the carrier layer's first surface with an attachment angle between the carrier layer and each individual fiber. The fibers are detached from each other and comprise a first and a second fiber type, which are different from each other.
