Disposable Absorbent Article With Folded Ear Panels And Method Of Making Same

A method of making a disposable diaper has been patented. The method’s consists of obtaining a disposable diaper that has a front and back waist region, a chassis assembly with a liquid-pervious topsheet joined to a liquid-impervious backsheet surrounding an absorbent core positioned between the topsheet and the backsheet and a pair of ear panels in the back waist region. The ear panels comprise a tape tab-fastening device comprising an attachment and a functional area. The method consists of folding each of the ear panels backwards and then forwards, onto itself, to the width of the tape tab fastening device’s attachment area.
