Sanitary Napkin

A sanitary napkin with a longitudinal direction with an intersecting transverse direction has been patented. The napkin comprises a liquid-pervious topsheet, a liquid-impervious core and a liquid-absorbent core disposed between the topsheet and backsheet. The middle region of the core in the transverse direction has a rigidity lower than both lateral regions lying adjacent to the opposite side of the middle region.
