SCA secures majority ownership of Vinda

Now owns 56.33% of Chinese tissue maker.

SCA has secured an ownership share of 56.33% in Vinda, a Chinese tissue manufacturer, indicating that the terms for the completion of the offer have been met. In September, SCA announced it would make a cash offer for Vinda, which is China's third largest tissue manufacturer. Prior to this offer, SCA held a 21.7% stake in the  company.
